Diagnostics is a separate paid service. It is charged even if you decline the repair or it is not carried out in the end.
How diagnostics works
What happens with your device at the service center
Disassembly and visual inspection
We disassemble the device as needed and inspect its components. Visible damage, corrosion, or wear is documented with photographs.
Component testing
We measure and test the components that may be causing the fault. Where necessary, we compare them with a verified working part.
Report and repair proposal
We send you a diagnostic report, photographs of visible damage, a recommended repair, and a price quote.

The price includes a thorough inspection, photographs of visible damage, and a diagnostic report with a recommended next step. With Express repair, the fee is waived when the repair is completed within the agreed budget.

No. We inspect the device thoroughly and send you a report, any relevant photographs, a recommended repair, and a price quote.
Is diagnostics always charged?
Standard diagnostics is a separate paid service. With express repair, the diagnostics fee is waived when the repair is actually performed.
What if another fault appears during repair?
Before doing anything beyond the agreed scope or budget, we contact you and ask you to confirm the next step.
How long do diagnostics and the following repair take?
We usually prepare the diagnostic report within one business day. The following repair depends on the fault type, part availability, and your budget approval.
In-person diagnostics in Brno
You can bring your device to Příkop 153/27b in Brno. A technician verifies the fault, documents visible damage, and explains the repair options and economic viability in the report.
