It's not always practical to bring a device to the shop. On-site service is an add-on for situations where we save you the trip - whether it's setting up a new Mac, picking up a device for repair, or a consultation right at your office.
What we offer on-site
Device pickup and delivery
We pick up the device from your location, take it to our shop, and deliver it back after repair. No trips needed.
Setup and onboarding
Unboxing and setup of a new Mac, iPhone or iPad - data migration, accounts, email, printer, Wi-Fi.
Backups and data transfer
Time Machine setup, data transfer from old device to new, cloud backup configuration.
Security and health check
Update check, two-factor authentication setup, disk and battery health check, maintenance recommendations.
On-site consultation
Advisory right at your place - the technician sees your environment, network and peripherals and can recommend tailored solutions.
Repairs requiring workshop equipment (display replacement, battery, micro-soldering) are done at our shop. On-site visits cover everything that doesn't need specialized tools.

Clear pricing with no surprises
The visit fee is always charged. On-site work is billed in 30-minute blocks. For pickup and delivery, each trip is charged separately.

Brno and surroundings up to ~30 minutes' drive
We make on-site visits in Brno and surrounding municipalities - typically Modřice, Šlapanice, Kuřim, Židlochovice, Rosice and other locations approximately within 30 minutes' drive of our office on Příkop street. If you're farther out or on the edge of the area, get in touch - we can work it out individually.
On-site service FAQ
What repairs do you perform on-site?
On-site, we mainly handle setup, backups, migrations, consultations and device pickup. Repairs requiring workshop tools are done at our service center.
Where in Brno do you travel?
Primarily across Brno and nearby surroundings up to roughly a 30-minute drive. More distant locations are arranged individually.
Can you take the device to service and bring it back?
Yes, we offer both pickup and return delivery. Each trip is charged separately according to the on-site service price list.
What if the repair cannot be solved on-site?
The technician can take the device to our service center or recommend the next step. Before any workshop repair, we confirm the scope and price first.
