Frequently asked questions

Is it worth repairing Apple Watch at all?

It depends on the series and the fault. Battery replacement and common repairs are significantly cheaper than a new watch. For display damage on older series (S3–S6) we always quote upfront, because parts are specific to each generation.

Will Apple Watch still be water-resistant after a display repair?

After any service the factory water resistance cannot be fully restored. We reseal carefully on reassembly, but we recommend avoiding diving, sauna and prolonged submersion afterwards.

What if Apple Watch won't pair with my iPhone?

Often it's a stuck pairing state or the activation lock. We help with reset, pairing and account checks - we usually need the Apple ID of the watch or access to the iPhone it was paired with.

How do I know it's time for an Apple Watch battery replacement?

If the watch doesn't last a day, shuts down under load (workouts, GPS), or capacity in Settings > Battery > Battery Health drops below 80%, a replacement is recommended.

Can I ship Apple Watch for repair if I'm not in Brno?

Yes. Fill in the Send device form and ship the watch by courier; we send it back the same way after the repair.
