Pick up your order at Příkop 153/27b in Brno. You can pay in advance or when collecting it.

Z-BOX / Packeta
Delivery to a selected Z-BOX or Packeta pickup point anywhere in the Czech Republic.

Courier delivery to an address in the Czech Republic. Billing and delivery addresses may differ.

Payment
Pay using a method your order actually supports
The checkout only shows methods available for the selected device, delivery option and seller.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Online payment is handled by the secure Comgate payment gateway. Availability depends on the specific item.
QR bank transfer
After ordering, we display a QR code and details for a direct bank transfer. This payment does not go through Comgate.
Pay on pickup
At the store, you can pay in cash or by an instant QR bank transfer.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is only offered for selected items shipped through Packeta. Its fee is always itemised in the summary.

We securely redirect you to Comgate, where you enter your card or choose Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Return for confirmation
We verify the result on the server. We also send the order confirmation and current status by e-mail.
The payment gateway is operated by Comgate
Comgate, a.s. is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. It securely processes online card payments for macDoktor.
You enter your card details directly on Comgate's secure page over an encrypted connection. macDoktor never receives your full card number.
