How does buyback work?
We send an estimated price based on the description and photos. The final offer is confirmed only after inspection at the shop or after the device arrives.

Buyback FAQ
Do I need to come in person?
No. You can send the device by mail. Fill out the form and we will reply with an estimated price and shipping instructions. After we share the final price, you have 48 hours to respond; if you decline, we return the device.
What happens with my data?
Before buyback, back up your device, turn off Find My iPhone and sign out of Apple ID. We cannot buy devices with active locks. If you are unsure about the steps, contact us before handing over the device.
How do you set the price?
For iPhone, choose the model, capacity and grade A–D. Battery health below 85% or a battery-service warning applies one model-specific deduction; extensive cleaning deducts CZK 400 and a missing original box deducts CZK 150. These three deductions do not apply to grade D. We do not guess unknown condition details and prepare an individual offer instead.
Do I need original accessories for the sale?
No. For iPhone grades A–C, a missing original box deducts CZK 150; the cable and power adapter do not change the buyback offer. The box deduction does not apply to grade D.
Do you buy devices with an activation lock?
No. We do not buy devices with an active activation lock (iCloud, Find My, Google FRP, MDM), not even for parts. The owner must disable the lock through the signed-in account. A valid ID is always required for buyback.
