Buyback FAQ
?Do I need to come in person?
No. You can send the device by mail. Fill out the form and we will reply with an estimated price and shipping instructions. After we share the final price, you have 48 hours to respond; if you decline, we return the device.
?What happens with my data?
Before buyback, back up your device, turn off Find My iPhone and sign out of Apple ID. We cannot buy devices with active locks. If you are unsure about the steps, contact us before handing over the device.
?How do you set the price?
We use current market prices, model, capacity, accessories and the real condition of the device. Before payout, we explain how we got to the price.
?Do I need original accessories for the sale?
It is not required, but the box, charger and other accessories usually increase the buyback price. We can price the device without them too.
?Do you buy devices with an activation lock?
No. We do not buy devices with an active activation lock (iCloud, Find My, Google FRP, MDM), not even for parts. The owner must disable the lock through the signed-in account. A valid ID is always required for buyback.
