General Questions

?How long does a repair take?

Simpler repairs can often be completed in about 1 to 2 hours. More complex repairs may take longer depending on the fault and parts availability. The estimated repair time is listed in the price list, and for more demanding cases we confirm it after diagnostics.

?Do I need an appointment?

We recommend contacting us or booking ahead so we can verify part availability and confirm a realistic repair time. We keep most common parts in stock, but we don't want you to come in unnecessarily only to wait for a part to be ordered.

?Where are you located?

You'll find us in the center of Brno at Příkop 153/27b, 602 00 Brno – 2 minutes walk from Freedom Square.

?What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, instant bank transfer and standard bank transfer. Card payment is available for jobs up to 1,000 CZK. For business customers we issue invoices payable by bank transfer.

?What parts do you use?

We use original, refurbished or quality compatible parts depending on the type of repair and the agreement with the customer. We always explain beforehand which option makes the most sense.

?Do you provide a warranty on repairs?

Warranty terms vary depending on the type of repair and the parts used. We always state the specific warranty for the given job, and it applies to the repaired part of the device.

?What if the repair isn't possible?

If after diagnostics we find that the repair is not economically viable or technically possible, we'll recommend the next sensible step. In the standard mode diagnostics is paid, while in express mode it is not charged only when the repair is successfully completed within the budget.

?Do you repair water-damaged devices?

Yes, we also specialize in repairing devices after liquid contact. We perform ultrasonic cleaning and diagnostics, then inform you about the extent of damage and repair options.

?Do you offer data transfer or backup?

Yes, we'll help you with data backup before repair or data transfer to a new device. This service is charged based on scope.

Prices and pricing

?Where can I find the current price list?

You can find standard repair prices on our Pricing page. All prices are final for consumers. The VAT regime depends on the invoicing entity and is indicated for each item in the price list. Details can be found in our terms and conditions. For more complex cases, we will confirm the price after diagnostics.

?Is diagnostics free?

Not always. In the standard mode diagnostics is paid. In express mode it is not charged only if the repair is successfully completed within the agreed budget.

?Do you charge any additional fees?

Not without your approval. If an additional issue or a wider scope of fault shows up during the repair, we always contact you first with the next step and the price.

?Do you offer discounts for companies?

Yes, for business customers and larger repair volumes we offer individual pricing conditions. Contact us for more information or visit our B2B page.

Mail-in service

?Can I send my device by mail?

Yes, we offer a mail-in service. Fill out the form on the "Send Device" page, carefully package your device and send it to our address. After diagnostics we'll contact you.

?Who pays for shipping?

Shipping costs are paid by the customer in both directions. After the repair and invoice payment, we send the device back using the method you choose, and the shipping cost is added to the job.

?How should I package the device?

Wrap the device in bubble wrap or other protective material, place it in a box with sufficient padding. Include a filled-out form describing the issue.

?Is mail-in repair safe?

Yes, as long as you package the device carefully. We recommend using insured shipping. Shipments are insured within the terms of the respective carrier.
