Which consoles do you repair?

We service PlayStation (PS4, PS4 Slim/Pro, PS5, PS5 Slim/Pro, Portal), Xbox (One, One S/X, Series S/X) and Nintendo Switch (original, Lite, OLED, Switch 2). We also repair controllers - DualSense, DualShock 4, Xbox Wireless and Joy-Cons.

What is controller “drift” and how do you fix it?

Drift is the character or cursor moving on its own while you're not touching the analog stick - caused by a worn-out potentiometer inside the stick. We swap classic sticks for new ones; for newer Switch controllers and selected PlayStation models we also offer Hall Effect sticks, which don't drift over time.

PS5 stopped outputting video over HDMI - can you repair it?

Usually a damaged HDMI port (typically after a cable was caught accidentally). We re-solder the port directly on the board - significantly cheaper than buying a new console or replacing the whole motherboard. We confirm the scope at diagnostics.

My console overheats or runs loud - is cleaning enough?

For PS4/PS5 and Xbox often yes: full dust cleaning together with thermal paste and thermal pad replacement usually drops temperatures and noise substantially. If diagnostics reveals a deeper issue we contact you with next steps.

How long does a console repair take?

Diagnostics typically same day. Cleaning and stick repairs within 2–3 business days; HDMI micro-soldering or motherboard repairs depend on scope and part availability - we confirm the exact timeline after diagnostics.
