A short phone call or message up to 10 minutes when you just need to know whether it makes sense to visit us, book a paid consultation, or go straight to service.
If we determine you need a longer consultation, we'll direct you to one right away.
Paid consultation
600 CZK / 30 minutes
Dedicated time focused only on your topic. We go through the situation, ask follow-up questions and recommend the next concrete step.
Each additional 30 minutes costs 600 CZK. We agree on the scope in advance.
Consultation takes place in person at our location or online via screen sharing - it's up to you. Book in advance so we can give you our full attention.

When is consultation better than service right away?
When you are not dealing with a clear fault but a decision: what to buy, how to set up backups, how to transfer data or whether a repair is still worth it.
Can consultation happen online?
Yes, if the topic does not require physical inspection of the device. For setup or software issues, screen sharing is often enough.
What is still free and what is paid?
Short guidance up to 10 minutes is free. Once dedicated time and deeper work are needed, we agree on a paid consultation in advance.
What should I prepare for a consultation?
A short description of the goal, device and accounts or services involved is enough. For purchase advice, your budget and usage pattern help.

You can visit our Brno service center or arrange an online session. For businesses and more complex setups, on-site service can follow.
