Send Device for Repair

Can't visit us in person? Send the device via Zásilkovna or your own carrier. After repair, we ship it back.

Important information

What to send

Send the device alone without accessories, packaging and SIM card. Only include the filled form. Up to five devices fit in one parcel with a single form.

Repair time

We start the repair immediately after delivery. The same turnaround times apply as for in-person visits. For diagnostics, we'll contact you with a price quote.

Invoice payment

After the repair is complete, we'll send you an invoice by email. Once paid, we'll ship the device back using the method you chose when ordering.

Parcel cover

If a parcel is lost or damaged, Packeta (Zásilkovna) pays at most CZK 20,000. It does not pay the price of a new device, only what your device is worth today as a used one. Only parcels worth up to CZK 10,000 may be dropped off at a Z-BOX; hand in more valuable devices at a pickup point. If your device is worth more or you want higher cover, choose your own carrier with additional insurance or bring the device in person.
