Xbox HDMI port replacement
The Xbox turns on, but the TV says there is no signal. Or someone pulled the cable and the port snapped off. We replace the connector, and if the pads on the board came off with it, we rebuild them.

Before you bring it in
- Try another HDMI cable and another input on the TV.
- Shine a light into the port. Bent or missing pins mean the connector has to be replaced.
- Nothing helped? Bring it in or send it. Pack the cable too, we will test that as well.
What not to do: Do not force the cable into the port or straighten the pins with a needle. That tears more pads off the board and makes the repair more expensive.

How we repair it
Open and inspect
We take the console apart and check the connector and the pads under it under a microscope.
Desolder the old connector
We desolder the old connector and clean the spot it leaves.
Repair torn pads
If pads came off with the port, we rebuild them and reconnect them to the signal traces on the board.
Solder on the new connector
We solder the new connector in and test the console on a monitor.
What it costs
Our price list starts HDMI connector replacement at 2,390 Kč, a little more on the Series X and S. If the pads or signals on the board went with the port, a board repair is added. Diagnostics cost 690 Kč and we repair nothing without your approval.
If the repair is not worth it, we offer to buy the console.

How much does an Xbox HDMI replacement cost?
A connector replacement on its own has a fixed price in the price list, a little higher on the Series X and S than on the Xbox One. Torn pads add a board repair on top. We tell you the exact price after diagnostics.
How long does the repair take?
Usually 2 to 3 days. If the connector is not in stock, we wait for it and let you know how long it will take.
What if it is not the port?
If the logo appears and then the screen goes black, the fault is often on the board too. Diagnostics show it, and we tell you whether the repair is worth it.
What warranty do you give?
12 months on an HDMI port replacement.
Can I send the console by post?
Yes, through the Send a device form. Zásilkovna (Packeta) to us costs 129 CZK and back to a pickup point 149 CZK. The parcel can weigh at most 5 kg; send a heavier console with your own carrier.
