Comprehensive fault diagnosis including hardware and software testing. After diagnosis you receive an exact repair quote — if you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the final cost.
Disassembly, dust removal from heatsink and fan, replacement of thermal paste and pads. Recommended every 1–2 years on heavily used consoles.
Replacement of a worn or defective battery. Symptoms: significantly reduced runtime or device lasts only a few dozen minutes. We recommend replacement after 2–3 years on intensively used handhelds and controllers.
Steam Deck OLED 7.4" HDR OLED panel replacement (1280×800, 90 Hz, 1000 nits HDR). Higher than the LCD version due to the more expensive panel.
Component-level repair of the logic board under a microscope — individual chip, capacitor, and IC replacement. Price is indicative; the final cost depends on the scope of failure. If the repair is unsuccessful, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
Charging port replacement. Symptoms: device won't charge, won't dock, or requires wiggling the cable during charging.
Analog joystick repair — calibration or full stick module replacement. Symptom: stick drift (joystick responds on its own, character moves without input). For a permanent fix see the Hall Effect upgrade.
Upgrade to a Hall Effect analog stick — a magnetic joystick with no physical contact, immune to wear and drift. More expensive than a classic repair but eliminates the problem for life. Recommended for heavily used devices.
Repair or replacement of the microSD card slot. Symptoms: the device doesn't read SD cards or repeatedly ejects them.
Most parts in stock. We still recommend verifying availability by phone.
