What the repair includes
We move your data from the old iPad to the new one: photos, contacts, messages, apps and settings. We use Quick Start or an iCloud backup. The backup needed for the transfer, made to your iCloud or temporarily to our computer, is part of the service. We need both devices charged and your Apple ID. Transfer from a device that does not work and handing over a backup on your own drive are not included; we quote them on request.
