What the repair includes
We move your data from the old phone to the new one: photos, contacts, messages, apps and settings. It also works from an iPhone. We use Smart Switch, Google's data transfer or a backup in your Google account. The backup needed for the transfer, made to your Google account or temporarily to our computer, is part of the service. We need both phones charged and your Google account sign-in details. Transfer from a device that does not work and handing over a backup on your own drive are not included; we quote them on request.
