Can't visit us in person? Send the device by mail, Zásilkovna or courier. After repair, we ship it back.
How does it work?
Important information
What to send
Send the device alone without accessories, packaging and SIM card. Only include the filled form.
Repair time
We start the repair immediately after delivery. The same turnaround times apply as for in-person visits. For diagnostics, we'll contact you with a price quote.
Invoice payment
After the repair is complete, we'll send you an invoice by email. Once paid, we'll ship the device back using the method you chose when ordering.
Shipment insurance
Shipments are insured within the terms of the respective carrier.
