We often replace a battery or display while you wait, sometimes it takes a few hours. We'll confirm the exact time after diagnostics - it depends on the model and whether we have the part in stock.

Send it to our Brno shop - via Zásilkovna, GLS courier or regular post. After the repair it goes back to you. Add the completed form and send it without the SIM or accessories. Mail-in covers the whole Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The price list shows the usual repair price. If diagnostics finds something more or several part options, we'll confirm the final price up front. We never start a repair without your approval.
