Comprehensive fault diagnosis including hardware and software testing. After diagnosis you receive an exact repair quote — if you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is deducted from the final cost.
Desktop Mac cleaning (iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, Mac Pro) — dust removal inside and out, compressed-air blowout of fans and heatsink, chassis polish (display too on iMac). The "with thermal repaste" option additionally replaces thermal paste and pads. Recommended every 2–3 years on Macs used for heavy workloads.
Component-level repair of the logic board under a microscope — individual chip, capacitor, and IC replacement. Price is indicative; the final cost depends on the scope of failure. If the repair is unsuccessful, you only pay the diagnostic fee.
Mac Pro 2013 (cylinder) has a proprietary SSD blade — replace with original Apple part or use an M.2 NVMe adapter. Standard M.2 drives do not fit directly.
RAM upgrade. iMac 27" Intel and Mac Pro have accessible slots; iMac 21.5" requires display disassembly. Apple Silicon (M1+) and Mac mini 2014 have unified / soldered RAM — no upgrade.
Replacement of the internal power supply for desktop Macs (iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio). Symptoms: device doesn't turn on, loud humming, or random shutdowns under load.
Most parts in stock. We still recommend verifying availability by phone.
